The Multimedia Team
The Multimedia Team is a group of talented individuals who are committed to serve God through using their creativity and multi-media skills. The multimedia team consists of three areas, the Audio team, the Graphics team and the Visual team. The multimedia team helps to ensure the smooth operation of the service: the audio team will control the sound system, the visual team will control the multimedia projections such as song lyrics and bible verses.
Description of Duties
Within the multimedia ministry, there are three different roles in which a volunteer can serve on each team:

Sound
The sound team will be put in charge in the managing of music consoles used for controlling of the sound equipments and managing of microphones and headsets. The music consoles controls the music and microphone volumes.

Design
The design team will be the creative team responsible for e-designs for FBCS announcements, newsletters, and web-site. Constant updates on the website to ensure all weekly church schedules and service recorded voice messages are updated on the website.

Visual
The visual team will be responsible for computer projection of service notes (bible verses and worship songs, special videos and announcements) and facilitate the flow of the worship and sermons.
There is also a video crew where live filming of the service and editing of the service footage is required.
Training
The training method used is "on the job" style of training during a live set-up session. There will also be lessons that will assist you to increase proficiency in the technical requirements. Lessons such as Adobe Photoshop, web programming are conducted from time to time.
Time Commitment
Sound and Visual volunteers are expected to serve on all Sunday services. Design team's time commitment can range from a few hours a week to an entire weekend so as to ensure the publication and website are up to date and delivered on a timely manner.
